TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT

The following are the rules for a safe and fun experience:

  • No smoking,
  • No marijuana or illegal drugs,
  • No underage drinking,
  • No standing on seats,
  • No hanging out of the sunroof,
  • In order to prevent excessively large spills, kegs and barrels of beer or water coolers filled with liquids are prohibited,
  • Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol and other beverages to enjoy while riding, however, guests may not carry open containers of alcohol off the vehicle,
  • If you do spill, please clean up right away and let the driver know,
  • If you wish to bring food you may, but please, no foods that will leave permanent stains or odors,
  • No glitter or confetti,
  • No profane language, or lewd and lascivious behavior,
  • Please remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.

Full payment is due upon the time of pick-up.  The full payment can be made in CASH or CHECK at the time of pick- up, or by CREDIT CARD at least one week prior to your rental date.  All checks must be made out to All Occasion Transportation, LLC.  There will be a $35 charge for insufficient checks.

Additional time beyond the scheduled time allotted will be billed at a rate $50 per 15-minute increment.

DAMAGE POLICY AND FEES

The driver inspects each vehicle before and after each rental.  Each vehicle will be clean and in operable condition prior to service.  In the event of damage, the customer shall be responsible for any repairs or cleaning.  Drivers must be notified in advance of any damage to the vehicle.

COVID POLICY

All Occasion Transportation, LLC. vehicles will be cleaned and sanitized before each rental.  Our staff will practice governmental recommendations to keep you safe and well.  We are not responsible if you contract the COVID-19 virus after a rental with us.

CANCELLATION FEE

For large events, All Occasion Transportation, LLC. may require a 50% deposit in advance to reserve your date and vehicles.  Should you cancel within 30 days of your event, this deposit will be non-refundable.

BREACH OF AGREEMENT

All Occasion Transportation, LLC. is not liable for any injury caused by the negligence of customers or the failure to abide by the rules outlined herein.  The customer agrees that the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia shall govern any disputes between the parties.

Tips for outstanding service are greatly appreciated.
