Locally owned and operated in South Boston, VA, All Occasion Transportation, LLC grew from the luxury limousine services started and run by beloved local figure, Charlie Payne, and is now owned by Halifax County native Jeff Francisco.  Since 2007, All Occasion has serviced Southside Virginia in style with quality transportation services.

Whether traveling near or far for airport connections, concerts, weddings, wine tours, dinners out on the town, bachelor/bachelorette parties, let All Occasion Transportation take away the worry of driving!

Jeff Francisco purchased the business in 2020 to maintain transportation operations with the same levels of warmth, friendliness, and southern hospitality.  He is expanding the fleet of luxury limousines, passenger vans, and full size SUV’s to meet emerging preferences of large group shuttle services for business and pleasure.

Jeff Francisco is a Halifax County native.  He and his wife are local business owners and have four children.  He is active in local government, his church, and the local fire department.

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Jeff is an experienced consulting forester and owner of Francisco Forestry Service, Inc.  He is also a realtor with Long and Foster-South Boston, and a co-owner of Factory Street Brewing Company, set to open in early 2021.
